We do. The figures on this page are indicative only — once we know your exact vehicle, destination, and options, we send you a clear, all-in quote.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the destination: West Coast USA ~3–5 weeks, East Coast USA ~6–8 weeks, Europe ~5–12 weeks, Australia & NZ ~3–5 weeks. Vessel schedules and customs processing can add time.

Can I share a container to save money?

Yes — it's the most economical option. A 40ft container fits up to 4 cars (your car plus 3 others); we match compatible vehicles and destinations for you. From €3,500 per car.

Is my car insured during shipping?

Yes — your vehicle is covered in transit. For premium, top-tier insurance cover, shipments are arranged through our parent company ACROSS JAPAN — just ask and we'll set it up.

What documents come with my car?

You receive the Export Certificate, Bill of Lading, Invoices, Auction Sheet, and a Translation where your country requires it. Any country-specific paperwork can be arranged too.

Can you store my car in Japan before shipping?

Yes — short- and long-term secure storage is available at our facilities until your shipment is ready to sail.

Do you handle customs and import compliance?

Yes. We guide you on the requirements and documents for your country and work with trusted agents at destination to clear customs smoothly.

How do I pay?

By international bank transfer (TT) or Wise. Terms are confirmed with your quote.
